The Karachi Port handled 57,106 tonnes of cargo including 54,307 tonnes import and 2,799 tonnes export cargo during last 24 hours ending at 0700 hours on Monday.

The cargo comprised of 32,735 tonnes dry and 24,371 tonnes liquid cargo.

Five ships namely Maersk Arizona, Corinthaikos, Leni, NCC Jubail and Malakand sailed out to sea during the report period.

Two vessels viz Iran Kordestan and NCC Jubail are currently at the berths.

Three ships namely Pacific Pioneer, MT Shalamar and Iran Kordestan expected to sail on Monday, while two vessels viz Grand Way and Oranje are expected to sail on Tuesday.

Two ships namely Oranje and Tolteca due to arrive on Monday, while nine vessels viz Warbah, Wappon Von Munchun, Wappon Von Bayern, Mandalay, Ever Gather, APL Dussan, Bunga Kenari, Orient Stride and Kota Merdesa are due to arrive on Tuesday.

PORT QASIM
A total cargo volume of 82,105 tonnes including 67,077 tonnes import and 15,028 tonnes export cargo was handled during last 24 hours ending at 0800 hours on Monday.

The cargo comprised of 2,627 tonnes edible oil; 25,450 tonnes furnace oil; 13,738 tonnes coal and 40,290 tonnes containerised cargo.

Two vessels viz Gulf Success and Nur Yanbu sailed out to sea on Monday morning, while two more ships namely Hotaka Maru and Tagan Roga are expected to sail on the same day.

A total of two vessels viz Oriental Sun and Maersk Arizona are currently at the outer anchorage.

Three ships namely MT Universe, Maersk Arizona and MSC Carmen due to take berths on Monday.

Two vessels viz MT Hermia and Nur Yanbu due to arrive on Monday, while another ship MV Wan Hai is due to arrive on Tuesday.
